Step 1
First open your blogger in browser and right click on blogger name.

Click on Inspect elements Step 2
Now in right side html page is open and high lighted your head wrapper Please Right click on high light parts of html and see h1. Title size in popup on blogger name lower side like as this picture shown below.
Step 3
Now you have got your blogger name wrapper size like this 1440 * 90.
Open Adobe photoshop and create new file with this resolution 1440*90
Write or create your logo and save as png like this picture show in below.
Step 4
Now go to blogger lay out page and click on edit like as this picture.
Step 5
IN new option box asking to you chose file from computer click on chose file and path to your logo. png .
If you want only logo then instead of title and description option box select and save it
Step 6
Final job, "Save arrangement and see blogger".
