In adobe after effect create  your composition click on composition 

1-  select add to render queue  

2- click on output module setting then select in main option this codec 

3- Quicktime and format option video codec 

4- Avid DNxHD Codec and codec setting Highlight color level 

5-(RGB levels)Alpha (Compress) and ok then main on select video output 

6- RGB+Alpha channel. Click ok Output to give composition name and click on 

7- Render.
